1. Cultivate Patience. 
 * Growth is hard.
 * Growth takes a long time.
 
2. Cultivate Focus. 
 * Growth requires a relationship with Jesus.
 * Growth requires a relationship with one another. 
 
3. Cultivate Steadfastness.
 * Growth has no finish line.
 * Growth brings more growth.
