OUTLINE
Our thoughts and prayers makes a difference.
L.E.A.P.
L - Look to your Father.
- Matthew 19:13-16. Jesus blesses his children.
- Mark 10:16. And he took the children in his arms, placed his hands on them and blessed them.
E - Expect the Best.
- Luke 11:11-12. If we know how to give good gifts, how much more does our Heavenly Father?
- James 1:17. Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.
A - Act like a Kid.
- Matthew 18:3. Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.
- Hebrews 11:1. Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.
P - Put your trust in God.
- Hebrews 4:16. Let us then approach God’s throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.
- Matthew 6:5-8. We don’t need to keep babbling on and on.
NEXT STEPS
- Ask your Father for anything.
